I have been suffering from chronic pain initiated by football injury (MCL and ACL) for 20 years. I had this debilitating condition which started at the knee and traveled to the ankle and hip. My Quantum Healing with Alexandra Tselouiko proved to not only release my tension and pain, but it also helped to establish a method for my body to release tension during my everyday life. Before the session i had been experiencing an odd pain in the middle part of my right foot. Upon touching the area it felt tense and sore. Through Alexandra's healing breath exercises and guided energy exploration i was able to discover the original source of my pain, which allowed me peacefully let it go. I continue to attend sessions with Alexandra, but i also feel more grounded and aware of the tensions of my body, and how to free myself of these negative energies.
